Mattew L. Collins, a native of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, focuses his practice on consumer related litigation counseling while maintaining a full-service practice serving clients across a diverse spectrum of industries. 

Although Mr. Collins is not licensed to practice law in California – and do not provide direct legal services to R23 Law’s California clients – he brings a decade of invaluable legal experience, insight, and nation-wide strategic savvy to R23 Law’s Legal Team from his office in Kentucky.

Mr. Collins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Kentucky, and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law. His extensive legal experience spans all aspects of civil litigation, catastrophic personal injury, and service as outside general counsel to several corporations across the bluegrass state.

Mr. Collins is an avid fly fisherman, traveler, and lifelong soccer player.  Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing in the streams of Montana and Idaho, fine dining, and traveling the globe with his wife. He is also an avid supporter of the North London football club Tottenham Hotspur.
